Koroneïki olives yield the best olive oil - there are many different olives and olive trees with each species producing a variety of colour, size, texture, and flavour. This variety and individuality directly affects the olive oil they yield. Olive oil, while being a delicious accompaniment to many dishes, is also the healthiest condiment available to humans - its medicinal properties have been documented and proven for centuries. Because of all of these reasons, some types of olives will be and are more prized and sought-after: one of these is our renowned Koroneïki olives, grown only in Greece. The fruit and oil from the Koroneïki olive tree is set apart from other olive varieties and elevated to the highest quality by the unique method of cultivation that is employed in the Mani region of Greece. |
