Our Products

Our much awarded OrganicOrganic® Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a deep, rich tasting experience. 100% certified organic, it is lovingly produced in the fragrant hills of the spectacular Mani area in the Peloponnesian region of Greece. Created amongst the verdant rolling fields, it is the very embodiment of life there, a place of brilliant light, space and peace, with a touch of grandeur. Connoisseurs will know that we owe the secret of our rich quality to the unique combination of local conditions, intense sunshine, low rainfall and a rocky mountain soil which lies at close proximity to the sea.

These unique factors produce a distinct type of olive which produces OrganicOrganic® Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the King of olive oils. The Mani olive harvest begins towards the end of each year.
It takes hard manual labour to ensure our valuable fruits are
hand-picked, sorted, and then immediately taken to be cold-pressed in the traditional stone mills of Mani. There is something magical when the first gold-green oil flows from the olive press, the fruity, aromatic Organic Olive Oil is smooth and distinctive, somehow recalling the carefree summers of Mediterranean living.

Koroneïki olives

Koroneïki olives yield the best olive oil - there are many different olives and olive trees with each species producing a variety of colour, size, texture, and flavour. This variety and individuality directly affects the olive oil they yield. Olive oil, while being a delicious accompaniment to many dishes, is also the healthiest condiment available to humans - its medicinal properties have been documented and proven for centuries. Because of all of these reasons, some types of olives will be and are more prized and sought-after: one of these is our renowned Koroneïki olives, grown only in Greece. The fruit and oil from the Koroneïki olive tree is set apart from other olive varieties and elevated to the highest quality by the unique method of cultivation that is employed in the Mani region of Greece.

These olives, unlike other crops, are not watered artificially and are pruned intensively once a year (by trimming the branches quite severely). This keeps the trees small, and while other
olives yield roughly 10 liters of oil per tree the Koroneïki
olive tree yields only 1 to 3 liters of
purest green gold olive oil; the
same olive oil that fills our
OrganicOrganic® bottles.
We believe that quantity should
be sacrificed for quality. The flavour,
aroma and richness of our olive oil is
extremely unique.
